COBSE BHARAT offers membership to school education boards, private educational councils, and autonomous bodies seeking national academic synchronization, international syllabus benchmarking, and participation in advanced technological programs such as the GenAI Implementation in Education Program.

The following structured procedure must be strictly followed by applicant boards to secure institutional membership.

Document Checklist for Email Submission

Applicants must attach clear, scanned PDF copies of the following documents to their formal application email:

• [ ] Government Gazette Notification, Act, or Legal Incorporation Certificate of the Board/Council.
• [ ] Detailed scheme of examinations and current rules for institutional affiliation.
• [ ] Complete copy of the curriculum and current syllabus for Class 10th and 12th.
• [ ] Specimen copies of sample pass certificates and marks sheets issued to students.
• [ ] Bank transaction advice receipt displaying the UTR number for the ₹50,000 processing fee.

Official Bank Account Details for Fee Remittance

Please execute the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transfer of ₹50,000 using the institutional bank account details provided below. Ensure the transaction narration states: “Membership Processing Fee – [Name of your Board]”.
